Our philosophy is that everything we do must be able to demonstrate a clear impact on the children in your school. We know from experience how difficult it is to run any type of school and keep all of the plates spinning in order to give your children the best start in life possible. With constant change being about all that can be relied upon in education policy and with technology moving so fast, we recognise the challenges school leaders face in remaining up to date in all of the areas they are required to master. With the dynamics of Local Authority input and assistance changing rapidly and inconsistent levels of service available across the country, how can schools access quality advice and professional development from people who are working in schools day in, day out, across the country and who have no preconceptions of your school?

This is where we stand ready to help carry the burden. We focus on the key elements of running a school that follow sound educational principles and organisational practice;

  • Self-evaluation at all levels of the school.
  • Analysis of data and how it can lead to direct impact on children school development planning.
  • Ensuring leadership is devolved across the school.
  • Ensuring Governors have the analytical skills and data interpretation knowledge to be able to participate actively in school improvement, whilst not causing undue work or pressure on staff.
  • Ensuring the school is well prepared for external evaluation through SEF analysis, data analysis, teaching and learning audits.

We do not produce off-the-shelf professional development whereby someone will turn up with a Powerpoint presentation, read through it and proceed to use anonymous data so that your work begins the moment we leave. We ensure the job is done and some of the burden lifted from you.

We will work with you and your data prior to our meeting to agree a list of objectives and an agenda which ensures that by the time we leave, you have accomplished a significant amount towards your goals and got the most from our time together. We are entirely flexible and more than happy to work exclusively with Headteachers, Senior Leadership Teams, groups of teachers and Governors or indeed a mixture during on-site days.
